1. PRE-CRACK: Old people and young kids have trouble cracking ice cube trays, so if you pre-crack the ice cube tray, all you have to do is flip it over to get your cubes, and it makes their experience that much easier to get ice cubes out for their drinks.

2. PRE-OPEN: If you have a party, you can open 5 to 10 of them and set them down for your guests to fill their glasses without sticking your hand in a bucket to get ice cubes out or having to use a scooper with a bucket

3. REMOVABLE TOP: The top will pop off for you to wash in your dishwasher, but you don't have to do it that way, because every time you pop the top off, it can lose some pressure on the clips over time. We don't recommend it, but you can remove and re-attach the top as you wish.

4. MULTIPURPOSE: FlipCubes can be used to make Jelo cubes or Jelo shots by being put in the fridge!
